It is in those turbulent times that we unearth what we had been ignoring. Of course it is exhausting to be in the turbulence, but prior to that, we were not necessarily seeing the truth. We were hiding from what was buried beneath the surface. So in reality, those turbulent times lead to our living freely. Be patient with yourself as you journey through, and know that on the other side you will again feel a solid foundation.
