Diana Rose Iannarone

FOUNDER, AUTHOR & LIFE REINVENTION COACH

From High Conflict to High Consciousness

My work is highly individualized and begins with a simple question:

What is really happening beneath what is happening?

People often come to me because something in their life is no longer working—a relationship, a family dynamic, a decision, a business challenge, or a pattern they cannot seem to move beyond.

Together, we look beneath the immediate problem and explore the beliefs, patterns, emotional responses, and relationship dynamics that may be shaping what they are experiencing.

The goal is not simply to resolve the conflict.

It is to help you see more clearly, trust yourself more deeply, and make choices from greater awareness.

1:1 Coaching for Individuals

This is the heart of my work.

I work one-on-one with people navigating:

  • Difficult or high-conflict relationships
  • Narcissistic or sociopathic relationship dynamics
  • Divorce, separation, betrayal, or major life transitions
  • Repeating relationship or family patterns
  • Decisions involving relationships, business, family, or legal circumstances
  • Loss of self-trust, clarity, or direction
  • The desire for greater peace, freedom, and meaning

My approach is intuitive, practical, and deeply personal. No two sessions are the same because no two people are the same.

We begin wherever you are.

Family Dynamics

One of the more unusual aspects of my work is that I often work individually with multiple members of the same family.

Rather than placing everyone in a room together and asking them to resolve years of history at once, I help each person develop greater awareness of their own patterns, reactions, boundaries, and choices.

This can be especially helpful for:

  • Parents and adult children
  • Couples
  • Siblings
  • Families navigating divorce or co-parenting
  • Long-standing conflict or estrangement
  • Generational patterns of fear, control, resentment, or disconnection

When each person begins relating differently, the entire dynamic has the possibility of changing.

Business & Leadership Guidance

My background before coaching was in financial services leadership, where I trained, mentored, and led hundreds of financial professionals and spent years navigating complex business, compliance, personnel, and conflict situations.

Today, I also work with business owners, executives, and professionals who want greater clarity in the decisions they are making and the way they are leading.

That may include:

  • Navigating difficult professional relationships
  • Making high-stakes decisions
  • Recognizing where personal patterns are influencing business choices
  • Aligning leadership with personal values
  • Moving through periods of uncertainty or transition
  • Creating success without losing yourself in the process

Start Where You Are

You do not need to know exactly what the problem is before we begin.

Sometimes people arrive knowing precisely what they want to address.

Other times they simply know:

Something has to change.

That is enough.

My work is about helping you see what may be difficult to see from inside the situation—and helping you move forward with greater awareness, freedom, peace, and trust in yourself.

From high conflict to high consciousness.

I’ve been browsing online more than 3 hours today, yet I
never found any interesting article like yours.
It’s pretty worth enough for me. In my view, if all website owners and bloggers made good content
as you did, the internet will be a lot more useful than ever before.

I love the way you speak about narcissistic personalities. You put it in perspective and I realize more each day what I went through was a nightmare. I’m trying to forgive myself for wasting so many years. I am thankful to you and that so much information is online. It helped me do “no contact” and he finally moved on. I’m 61 and starting over now, a little scared but also happier.

I am so glad you are moving on and reaching out to learn more about what you were dealing with. I know how hard it is to let go of the “dream,” the picture that was painted which was designed to be just what you hoped for. Now to move through to your own healing and restore your joy! (You might want to consider my book Me and My Shadow, it is on Amazon, the second half has healing guidance). You deserve to be happy. Make the future of your life about you! Stay free of him. He is not your problem anymore.

Hi diana, I think my husband may have sociopathic traits, when we first met I now realise everything was to fast , told me he loved me after 4 weeks engaged after 8 but I was so in love to, everybody loved him very sociable charming and confident but also easily angered irritable and blames me a lot and never says sorry or thinks anything he did to hurt me was wrong, he says im always start an argument and wanted me to go back on antidepressants as I was as he says better to get on with
anyway to cut a long story short we married and he wanted to move to france where we still are, he got a lot of work as a stonemason and has seemed to charm everyone, I left my job and my family and have no personal money unless I help him labour on jobs, now there is no sex, no cuddles or kisses no nothing, I told him I want to go back to scotland, and he not even bothered im leaving tomorrow and he still acting happy and whistling humming etc its just weird makes me feel like am crazy
There is more but would take to long can you give me any advice thankyou

Margaret, I am sorry for your experience and it certainly seems to fit the patterns of behavior that are representative of sociopaths. Moving you to France, taking you from your support system, moving quickly, lack of love, intense blame, no accountability. I know that when you are saying you are leaving, it is likely you want him to show emotions…distress…say “oh please no don’t leave.” That will not happen, not until he really believes you will leave. Are you really going to Scotland tomorrow? Don’t answer here. In box me at Diana@redthornsolutions.com and we can do a no obligation free consultation. I Skype to France. You can find me under my name on Skype. You deserve to be free and happy again. Consider too getting my book…it is a guide out. (See the tab on this blog)

I must say that Diana has helped me Immensely, she has guided me into clearing up old wounds so that I am able to move passed a very difficult pattern in my life. She brought to light some truths from childhood that I never even thought of. It completely changed my whole perspective. As a result my life changed. I no longer have those terrible feelings and high anxiety. I am currently the calmest I’ve ever been. Her book (Me and my shadow) is literally the best book I’ve ever read. Diana really shares her story and helps guide you through your own simultaneously. I highly recommend her work and her book!!

Hello, I think I neec help… I feel completely attached to by partner of five years who called memntally sick and useless hundreds of times to the point that i cant find any motivation to find a job… if i try to tell him about my problems im feeling he gets upset n tells me to leave his life , that i ruin his life, when i admit that i am a drama queen and that yes i do have mental problems and that i will behave and listen to his every word, then he is normal again as if nothing happened… i kind of feel like i am crazy, but somethings he says are not true, but i must agree and say that he is right or he punishes with silence or anger ect…
